What these terms cover
These terms apply when you browse pulsecorp.co, including the blog at pulsecorp.co/blog, without a Pulse account. The site is run by Bougainvillea Technologies LLP ("Pulse", "we", "us"), whose registered address is available on request from legal@pulsecorp.co. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
What they do not cover
These terms don't cover the Pulse service. If you or your company create an account, the master service agreement you accept at signup governs the service, along with the documents it incorporates. Where the two differ, the agreement wins.
How we handle personal data is set out in the privacy notice and the cookie policy, not here.
Acceptable use of this website
You may read, share and link to the site. You agree not to:
- use the site in a way that breaks the law or anyone's rights;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or any connected system, or disrupt them;
- send automated requests in a volume that burdens the site. Search engines and AI crawlers that respect our robots.txt are welcome;

- copy the site's content in bulk to republish it as your own.
Intellectual property
The site's text, design, graphics and the Pulse name and logo belong to Pulse or its licensors. You may quote short extracts with a link back to the page. Anything more needs our written permission. This includes the blog and the research reports.
The site's information is general. We work to keep it accurate and current, but it is not professional advice, and nothing on the site is an offer that binds us until an agreement is signed.
Links to other sites
The site links to sites we don't control. We're not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Our liability
We provide the site "as is". To the extent the law allows, Pulse is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.
