About Pulse

Copy any of these as written. Updated 24 October 2026.

In one line

AI-moderated market research platform that runs customer interviews at scale.

In a paragraph

Pulse is the AI-moderated market research platform for research, insights, product and CX teams. A team sets the research question, the audience and the screener, and Pulse builds the interview from that brief. An AI moderator talks with each participant by voice, video or chat. Its follow-ups build on what the participant said earlier, and a vague reply gets a second question. Every interview arrives as a transcript, and the analysis groups themes with the quotes behind them.

In full

Pulse is the AI-moderated market research platform, built for enterprise research, insights, product and CX teams. Interviews run without a call to schedule. Participants take them when it suits them, on a phone or a laptop, and results arrive within minutes of the last interview.

A study starts from a brief. The team sets the research question, the areas to cover, the audience and the screener, and Pulse builds the interview guide, which the team can review and edit before launch. Pulse interviews the team's own customers from a list it supplies, or recruits participants to the profile in the brief, with fraud checks on every one.

The AI moderator asks, listens and follows each answer. Its follow-ups build on what the participant said earlier in the conversation, a vague reply gets a second question, and every participant hears the same questions from one guide. Interviews run by voice, video, text chat, phone call or WhatsApp, in 240+ languages enabled on request.

Each interview arrives as a full transcript beside its recording. The analysis groups themes by what people said, and every quote traces to its transcript. Findings stay in the Insights library, queryable across projects, so the next brief starts from what the team already knows.

Logos

Every file is the brand master, unchanged. Pick the wordmark first, and the p. mark only where a field is square.

Using the logo

The short version. The Brand sheet, PDF, two pages has the colors, type and every rule. Fonts, color tokens, icons and co-brand templates are sent on request.

  • Use the files on this page as they are. Never retype the wordmark in a font, recolor it or redraw it.
  • Keep clear space around either logo equal to the wordmark's x-height.
  • The wordmark is at least 96px wide on screen and 25mm in print. Below that, use the p. mark.
  • No gradients, no pure black and no blue-on-blue. Ink Navy is the darkest color.
  • Beside a partner logo, Pulse sits in Ink Navy on white.
