What the price leaves out
Basic, Plus, Business and Growth Flow each carry two response figures a month. The base is what the plan price includes, 100 on Basic, 1,000 on Plus and 10,000 on both Business and Growth Flow. The maximum, 750 on Basic, 2,500 on Plus and 50,000 on the other two, is the most a plan can collect, and it counts add-ons bought on top of the base. At its listed price, then, Plus covers 1,000 responses a month. A product team whose feedback form collects 2,000 a month stays inside Plus's maximum only by paying for add-ons to cover the other 1,000, while Business carries that volume in its base. Growth Flow comes with a 14-day free trial, so it can be tried before a year is paid for.
Multi-user accounts come with Plus and Business and not with Basic, and branding removal and the brand kit also begin on Plus. For a bank or an insurer whose forms go out under its own name and are built by several people, Plus is the lowest plan to price, and Business once its monthly volume passes what Plus can collect with add-ons.
Research Flow draws its participants from Typeform's verified panel or from a team's own customers, screened on the team's criteria, with incentive management built in. An insights team asking sales for a Research Flow quote can bring the number of participants it expects from the panel and the number it will invite from its own customer list, and ask whether the price is set per study, per participant or on another unit.
Typeform sells single sign-on, over SAML, OAuth or OpenID, and HIPAA compliance on Enterprise alone. A hospital group's patient-experience team collecting health details through its forms therefore starts at Enterprise and a contact-sales quote, and none of the published plan prices applies to it.
