Maze pricing
Maze pricing lists a Free plan and an Enterprise plan with custom pricing through sales. Starter, at $99 a month, is the only paid plan with a published price, and Maze offers it outside the US, Canada, the UK and Europe only. Vendr reports a median Maze contract of $29,000 a year across 33 purchases.

What the price leaves out
Participants from the Maze Panel are paid for in credits, sold at $250 for 50, and the credit price includes each participant's incentive, so no separate incentive budget sits beside it. Panel recruitment is pay-per-use on Free, and on Starter outside Europe, the UK, the US and Canada, bought as each study needs it. Credits are valid for 12 months from the purchase date, so a team buying a block for a year of rounds has that long to spend it.
For an unmoderated study, the audience sets the credit rate and Maze sets the network. A consumer costs 3 credits through the Core network and 5 through the Extended one, and a B2B participant costs 9, since B2B has no Core rate. Maze routes an order to the Extended network by itself when the region or the audience falls outside Core coverage, so a product team testing with consumers in a region Core does not cover pays the Extended rate. Twenty consumers take 60 credits through Core and 100 through Extended, and twenty B2B participants take 180, or $900 at the listed credit price.
Moderated and AI-moderated interviews come only with the Enterprise plan, so a program with interviews needs Enterprise from its first study. An AI-moderated session takes 5 credits for a consumer and 9 for a B2B participant, and a moderated interview takes 25 and 45, so ten moderated interviews with B2B participants take 450 credits. Enterprise comes with credits included, so the request to sales should say how many the year's interviews will draw. Panel orders run up to 60 minutes for an interview and 30 for an AI-moderated session, and a moderated order needs at least two screener questions, so the session length and the screener belong in that request too.
Outside the US, the UK, Canada and Europe, Starter keeps Free's 5 seats and 1 study a month and adds the unmoderated research toolkit, research-ready templates and audio, video and screen recording. A design team shipping a test every sprint, or more than five people building studies, outgrows those limits, and where Maze does not offer Starter, the step up from Free is Enterprise. Enterprise has unlimited seats, a custom study allowance, single sign-on and a Collaborator role that uses no seat, so the figure to bring to sales is the number of studies the year's research plan holds.
